Parent-Teacher Conference Schedule
Please note that the Parent-Teacher Conference online schedule is only active in anticipation of schoolwide parent-teacher conferences. If there is not a conference coming up in the next few weeks at Spring Creek, you will be unable to use this site to schedule a conference. If this is the case and you would like to speak with your child's teacher sooner rather than wait, please contact the teacher directly.
Our 2025-26 first trimester conferences will be held on Thursday, October 3rd, from 3:30-6:30 PM and Friday, October 4th, from 8:00-11:00 AM. The first half of each session will be by appointment only (see below), and the second half will be an open house format with no appointment necessary.

Fill in the requested information, including your student's name, so the teacher can better prepare for the conference.
